(original, print, or digital art) and completing the secure checkout process.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes!
UAE: Free shipping, 5–7 business days for originals
International: Shipping fees calculated at checkout

▪ Prints: 2 business weeks

  •  How are the artworks packaged?

We use VIP triple protection: kraft paper, reinforced box, and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery of all originals and prints.

  •  Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • Can I return an item?

Physical artworks: Yes, within 14 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging).
Digital artworks or custom pieces: No, these are non-refundable.

  • How can I track my order?

 You will receive a DHL tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  •  Do you offer custom-made artworks?

 Yes! Please contact us at WhatsApp to discuss your custom project.

  •  Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards — but you can order a piece directly as a gift to be shipped to your recipient.
